When you submit an inquiry, we collect the name, property address, contact information, whether a foreclosure auction is scheduled and its date if provided, and approximate mortgage amounts you provide. We use them to review your request and contact you about possible assistance.
Inquiry details are stored in our Cloudflare account for up to 90 days and in a restricted-access Google spreadsheet used by Residential Capital, LLC to review and follow up on requests. We may keep information longer if you become a client or if required for our business records. We do not sell inquiry information. We may share it with service providers or professionals when needed to evaluate your request, subject to applicable requirements.
We also record basic website activity, such as page views and when someone starts or submits the inquiry form, along with the page path, referring website domain, campaign tags in a link, and an approximate city and state or region for the visit. Cloudflare derives the approximate location from the request IP address; our activity log does not store the raw IP address or a unique visitor ID. Location may be approximate or unavailable, such as when a visitor uses a VPN or a mobile carrier. Cloudflare also processes standard network request information to deliver and protect the website.
